Pianist Kalle Randalu, dirigent Neeme Järvi ja ERSO toovad kahel hooajal kuulajaini kõik Beethoveni viis klaverikontserti. See on suurejooneline üritus, mille paljud pianistid, sh mitmel korral ka Kalle Randalu, on ette võtnud kahel järjestikusel päeval. Sel hooajal on võimalik kuulata Beethoveni klaverikontserte nr 1 ja 2 (vt ka kontserti “London”, 13. märts 2015).

Kõrvuti klaverimuusikaklassikaga pakutakse publikule Eestis veel vähetuntud suurepärast balletimuusikat – teoseid, mida Neeme Järvi on erinevate orkestritega plaadistanud. Kontsert algab meeleolukate tšehhi rahvatantsudega Bohuslav Martinů muinasjutuainelisest balletist “Špalíček”, õhtu nimiteoseks on aga Richard Straussi sümfooniline fragment balletist “Joosepi legend”. Tegemist on topelttähtpäevaga – muusikamaailm tähistab sel aastal Saksa helilooja ja dirigendi Richard Straussi 150. sünniaastapäeva ning balleti “Joosepi legend” esietendusest Pariisi Ooperis möödus 2014. aasta kevadel täpselt 100 aastat.

During the next two seasons pianist Kalle Randalu, conductor Neeme Järvi and ENSO will perform all five piano concertos by Beethoven. This is a monumental endeavour, which has required many pianists, including Kalle Randalu on several occasions, to perform over two consequent days. During the current season it is possible to hear Beethoven's piano concertos No. 1 and 2 (see also the concert “London”, 13 March 2015).

Besides classical piano music, Estonian audiences will be offered little known, yet wonderful pieces of ballet music, which Neeme Järvi has recorded with various orchestras. The concert begins with spirited Czech folk dances from a ballet based on fairy-tales called “Špalíček” by Bohuslav Martinů, but the title-piece of the evening is a symphonic fragment from “Josephslegende” (“The Legend of Joseph”), a ballet by Richard Strauss. This forms a double anniversary, as this year the music world celebrates the 150th anniversary of German composer and conductor Richard Strauss, and his ballet “Josephslegende” was premièred at the Paris Opera exactly 100 years ago.
